This collection revives the classic Art Nouveau tiles of the past and transforms them into something new. In short, Vienna captures the timeless beauty and versatility of these classical styles and transports them into the 21st century.
Classical Vienna noble houses and historical buildings from the turn of the last century are unthinkable without the ever present multicolored, patterned tiles of that era. Aparici takes this precious heritage from the past and brings these ceramic tiles into the present, with patterns that respect as much as possible the original design of the Art Nouveau tiles.
The decorative patterns truly represent the touch of Gründerzeit architecture and Art nouveau. Black and white are the main colors that define the square, rectangular, rhomboid and floral geometric figures of the collection. Sparks of soft yellows, grays or reds fill with color the different motifs.
These ceramic tiles look especially good as a bathroom wall tile or kitchen backsplash tile, but also as a wall tile in a living room or bedroom. In a commercial project, they will add the elegance and sophistication of Art Nouveau style.
